No. Each person may register with only one account. Our systems identify multiple account entries, and we reserve the right to delete any account where members have attempted to register with multiple accounts.
The more profile information you enter, the more number of surveys you receive. Having your profile information complete also ensures that you receive surveys relevant to your profile and interest.
Apart from basic demographic information, such as age, gender and region, we ask questions about your profession, interests and ownership of products and services. This information will only be used for the purposes of ensuring relevant survey invitations are sent to our members. It is not used for any selling or marketing purposes.

The main principles for membership and the way we treat our members are based on honesty and authenticity.
We ask our members to answer our surveys honestly. With our quality checks in place we ensure that surveys have been answered in an appropriate time, and sufficiently well. Failures to adhere to these principles, members risk having their account deleted and losing their rewards.
Your membership with RewardsMate is entirely voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us by email – firstname.lastname@example.org .
Please note – if you deactivate your account, any rewards money you have accumulated will not be paid, and if subsequently, you rejoin RewardsMate, the rewards accumulated previously will not be carried forward to the new account.
We take this very seriously. Our relationship with members is based on trust, and we make every reasonable effort to protect personal information. We do not pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Simply visit RewardsMate website; enter the email address you used to join us along with your RewardsMate password in the ‘Sign In’ field, and click ‘Log In’.
To update your contact information, including your name, email address, postal address and/or phone number, log into the RewardsMate website, click on “Profile” tab and go to “Basic Profile”; follow the instructions provided.
To check your account balance and see how much Points you have earned, log into the RewardsMate website, click on “Rewards” tab first, and then go to “Redeem Rewards”.
To change your RewardsMate password, log into the RewardsMate website using your email address and current password. Click on “Profile” tab and then “Change Password”; follow the instructions provided.
You will be contacted via email. The email will always state that you are being contacted as a member of RewardsMate, and we will always state what the level of reward is.
Yes, of course. It is your choice of whether you want to complete a survey.
If you haven’t attempted any survey for a long while, you may receive an email from us checking whether you wish to continue being a member of RewardsMate.
It depends on the subject matter and type of survey. Our shortest surveys could be between 1 and 5 minutes, and the longest surveys could be up to 25 minutes.
By completing full personal profile it is more likely you will receive more and relevant surveys.
Why do you ask me the same questions in different surveys? If I answered it once, shouldn't you already have that information?
Personal demographic and profile data regarding our Members is only shared with our Partners and Clients in a singular summary or aggregate basis. These data formats describe the profile and demographics data of a RewardsMate Panel Member, or group of Members, without specifically identifying an individual Member.
Therefore, when our research clients want this data, they must ask you to provide it to them directly. This is why you will be asked the same or similar questions in different surveys.
How long does it take for RewardsMate Points to be deposited into my account after I complete a survey?
In most instances, your account is credited as soon as you complete a RewardsMate Survey. Occasionally, it may take 7-10 days for the credit to be posted to your account.
Don’t be disheartened. Quota full is a part of market research surveys and the only way to work around it is to try and take the surveys as soon as you receive them.
A person is usually terminated from a survey because he/she does not match the demographic audience the research client is looking for. To ensure you do not get terminated often we recommend that you fill/update your profile so that the right surveys reach you.
RewardsMate Point is an online point which is rewarded for your contributions to the surveys. The value of 1 RewardsMate Point is equivalent to S$0.16, and you can claim rewards from the reward options we provide.

The validity of RewardsMate point expires in 12 months. For example, the points you earn in May 2015 will expire in May 2016.
To claim your rewards, you first need to choose the reward type. Please follow the below steps for the same:
- Login to your account.
- Click on “Rewards”.
- Click on “Redeem Rewards” under “Your Balance” section.
- Choose the payment option that you wish to use from the drop down box.
- Click “Redeem”
Once done, you can claim your rewards by following the instructions mentioned post clicking “Redeem” tab.
We have both options; you may choose one through the steps described above.
All redemptions will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks.
Redemptions may be rejected due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Each member must “maintain and promptly update the information you provide during registration, and any other information you provide to us, so as to keep it accurate, current and complete.” No member may create more than one account on our site. Please review our Terms and Conditions on the site for a more detailed explanation of violation parameters!

We promise that we will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose, or make available your identity, email address, phone number, or home address to any outside third party without receiving your authorization to do so, or unless we are required to do so by a court decision or by a public authority.
RewardsMate only sends email to Members with confirmed email addresses. If you recently joined RewardsMate and have never received an email from us, your email address may not be confirmed.
Check your inbox and Bulk/Spam folders for your confirmation email you received from RewardsMate. Follow the instructions provided in the email to confirm your email address.
When logging in as a Member, please ensure that you are using the correct email address and RewardsMate password. If the password you are using does not work, you may request a new one by sending an email at email@example.com.
